My Review
An amazing picture book talking about feelings. Marion is going to be going to school for the very first time. On each page we watch as Marion goes through these feelings. His facial changes are noted and matched with their feelings. I thought this was a great way to teach kids how to recognize what they are feeling and maybe why. I thought this book is a great learning tool for kids ages 3 and up. The illustrations are adorable and the little cat who asks how Marion is feeling was such a cute touch. Overall great book!
Behind The Scenes
Miss Kaye was born in the Philippines. She had challenges as an adult neurodivergent. This serves as her inspiration for writing fun, engaging, and educational stories to teach life skills and mindfulness to kids.
Miss Waitthk is from Hongkong. She enjoys making people feel happy and joyful through her drawings. As a kid, she remembered drawing anime characters and coloring them with colored pencils. Since then, she kept on drawing.
