My Review

Rating: 5 out of 5.

A truly magical experience. Although this book is geared towards the younger generation, at the young age of 41 – I loved every page. Such an uplifting book that gets the readers to really see their value. Between the exercises and journal prompts and even personality tests I was in my glory in this fully immersible book. As a mom, self care usually comes in second or third to other “priorities” but it shouldn’t be that way. Facing our fears and overcoming them – this book has it all. I think readers of all ages can really appreciate and grow from this book. I wish it was longer, so I could keep enjoying my own self discovery.
