I Give This Book…

Rating: 5 out of 5.

This book is wonderful! First off Kim Ann not only did a beautiful job writing this book, but also is choosing the best illustrator – Neijla Shojaie – for the job. Whimsical, whitty storytelling with stunning illustrations to top it off. I love how Ruby makes a bunch of friendly-friends and shares with them something really important to her. It is refreshing to see a happy witch granting wishes. The landscape is gorgeous, lemonade river, cotton candy clouds and pastry paths! It took me back to my childhood with reminders of Candy Land! I am a fan of Ruby the Rainbow Witch and can’t wait to see her next adventure!

The Writer

Kim Ann was born in Massachusetts and now lives in Southern California with her husband, two teenagers, and their dogs. Got several years, Kim Ann worked as a freelance writer and published many feel-good articles about families, but she dreamed of writing the fun, imaginative and colorful books she liked reading to get own children. Kim Ann has written the Rainbow Witch series, and other wonderful children’s books.
