My Review

This book gave me a ton of insight into my true motives on social media. As bookstagrammars we all want to be loved and have a ton of followers. But sometimes it can almost feel like a job and not fun at times – the feelings that you need to be as good as someone else, take gorgeous pictures and get a million likes. This book had me look at myself and what I post. At first I didn’t post much about my religion because I knew it wasn’t the popular opinion, but now I post what I want. If people unfollow me because of it, that’s okay. I didn’t want to be untrue to myself or my love for God just to gain more followers. If people cannot accept me as a whole then I don’t need them.
It also had me looking at who I follow? Why do I follow them? Do they have stunning feeds and I like looking at the pictures or do their morals align with mine? Very good book to get you reflecting about not only your presence on social media but also the people you allow to influence who you are by what they post. With a guided journal you can take a journey and find out the answers to these questions and so much more!
