My Review

This book had me laughing out loud. It’s incredibly witty with an underlying message that’s so very important. Dougie is ashamed that he eats poop, and not only that but he LOVES it. Everyday he hides his lunch until lunchtime and then sneaks off to eat alone. He’s so worried everyone will find out and he’ll be an outcast. In the end he not only let’s everyone in on his secret, he stands up for someone else. This has his entire school sharing what makes them different. Inside the front and back cover is set up like a insect yearbook – and under each picture is a little fact about each one. I personally had fun learning something new about different bugs!
