What kids (and most adults) don’t love stickers?? I know we do in my home. This is such a great way to get those first words down. Packed with over 150 stickers to be placed throughout the book. I love that it’s spiral bound so you can easily move through the pages without bending the spine or be tearing anything out. The book and stickers are colorful and large, making them perfect for the kids getting ready to start school. I love doing projects like this with my son, it’s great quality time where he is learning something new.
Little Grasshopper Books
Little Grasshopper Books launched in 2018 with the goal of helping kids build the skills they need to become successful readers and learners. A wide array of fiction and nonfiction books are tailored to meet kids at various developmental stages, from board books for toddlers to storybooks for beginning readers.
Fresh, vibrant photography in our early learning books attracts kids while teaching first words and common vocabulary. To strengthen learning skills (and for extra fun!) all titles in the Read, Hear & Play line and many of the board books are paired with free apps where kids can see flashcards that read each word aloud, tap pictures to play sound effects, and play fun games. Kids will delight in the large board books and busy scenes of our “I Can Find It!” line, from the colorful scenes found in the whimsical Unicorn Candy Explosion to the big machines highlighted in Zoom Vroom Boom.
For beginning readers, our storybooks pair beautifully illustrated art with beloved classics, Bible favorites, and gentle stories that teach kindness. Many of the storybooks are accompanied by free apps that reinforce reading skills. Kids can follow along in their printed book as the app reads to them, see the text highlight on screen as the book is read, or play games based on the story.
From tiny board books that are perfect for baby’s bedtime to treasuries of traditional favorites for kids making the leap to independent reading, Little Grasshopper Books helps kids develop reading skills and a love of learning.
