Celebrating Grandparents

Hello Bookworms!! I know Grandparents Day isn’t until September, however, I think that grandparents should be honored in every month! With that being said I want to share with you a set of books that’s perfect for any Grandparents!

Children and grandparents love playing together, eating together―just being together. Every time is a special time, for both. This book captures the special moments without sentimentality, but with warmth and love.

My Review

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Both of these books are outstanding! Grandparents have a special relationship with their grandchildren and I think Maryann Macdonald depicts those relationships beautifully. A lot of times as parents we don’t take the time to slow down and really enjoy life with our kids to the fullest. Grandparents don’t let a moment pass them by – teaching grandkids everything they know and love, taking the time to just play!! These books really made me open my eyes and really see the relationship my son has with them, it’s beautiful.

Each of these hardcover books come with 32 pages that are adorned with stunning illustrations. Maryann Macdonald does an amazing job writing these!
