STEAM Subscription Box For Kids

I’m so excited about this amazing opportunity to partner with Womple Studios to share the WompleBox with you!!

You all know we are HUGE fans of reading! Womple Studios takes reading to the next level with the WompleBox.

The WompleBox is a monthly subscription box for kids. Every month, kids are sent on an adventure to a new country with Womple, their traveling ‘penpal.’ Each box contains an early-reader chapter book, large fold-out map and country guide with fun geography activities, two hands-on STEAM projects, and more.

Featured here is the Mongolia box. This box comes with the following:

  • Ride Of The Reindeer Book
  • Mongolian Reindeer Keychain
  • Mongolia Map
  • Postcard
  • Sticker Sheet
  • Wooden Dukha Reindeer Project
  • Wooden Balancing Eagle Project

The book is an adorable story about a missing reindeer. The keychain is part of a collectible set. On the backside of the map there are fun facts and even a Mongolian recipe (which looks delicious, and we will be trying). The wooden reindeer project comes with an instruction booklet (with more fun facts inside), and clay to have your reindeer take shape. With the balancing eagle it also comes with the instruction booklet. Neither the eagle or reindeer need glue or tools to make. It does offer different options in the booklet if you want to add to each project. Everything you need is included in this box!

About Womple Studios

Womple Studios was founded by two travel-loving kids at heart: Erin McGarry and Alejandro Bras. Growing up in multicultural families and having been privileged to travel to countries all over the globe, they wanted to give all kids the unforgettable and irreplaceable experience of being transported to different places, meeting new people, and discovering the amazing things this world has to offer. Womple Studios was born, with a mission to inspire kids to explore their world.

WompleBox is the company’s first product line, but there are plans in the works for a new subscription for younger kids (3 to 5). We love teaching and include a ton of educational content in our products, but we’re firm believers that education is far more impactful when you can spark a fire in kids to actually want to learn more, as opposed to trying to fill them with information.

Everything we do is designed in house. We design all of our crafts so that they work hand in hand with our books. That way, kids get a full, robust experience of a new place. For example, in our Greece kit the story is about an adventure into the ruins of the city of Knossos and the discovery of the Minotaur’s labyrinth and a few mythical characters, including a pegasus. The kit’s two crafts, a DIY laser-cut labyrinth and a pegasus mosaic, are extensions and tie-ins with the story. That’s true for every kit we design.
